1. General conditions
C13 website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms
& Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. By accessing or using any part of the site,
you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you should not access the website or use any services.
The terms and conditions that apply are those conditions that were applicable at the time of placing the order. The buyer should always read the terms and conditions for Internet sales before placing an order.
Any order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale by the Buyer.

2. Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the Buyer has paid for the order and the Seller has confirmed the order by e-mail.
By completing the order and confirm the Buyer shall be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Supply and price
The prices at the time of the order apply. All prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.
The seller has the right to change the rates and to correct any errors.
The product and price offer is valid as long as it is on the website and this product is in stock.
If a product is no longer available, the buyer will be informed thereof immediately.
The buyer is free to cancel the order or choose another product.

4. The payment and method
The buyer can choose from the following payment options:
-Online Payment (Master Card / Visa,..)
- By bank Transfer to the account of C13 - Charline Buelens

-Pay with Bancontact or credit card before picking up your order at our store.

5. Delivery
The order will be delivered at the delivery address the customer’s has given.
Orders are delivered only in the countries where the webshop permits the delivery.
The shipping cost (5 euro) is indicated on the website.
The Purchaser get the possibility to pick-up his order at our showroom, by appointment.
The delivery time; All orders take approximately 2-3 business days to dispatch, with B-post.
The delivery time will be calculated from receipt of bank payment.
The specified delivery period is indicative. Delay in delivery does not entitle you to compensation and may not lead to termination of the agreement.
All products are available from stock. In case a product is not available, the buyer will be notified by email and a new delivery date will be arranged.
6. Complaints
Upon each delivery, the buyer should check his order and to ascertain whether the goods correspond
with the goods ordered.
Complaints concerning delivered goods must be sent by email to: c13conceptstore@gmail.com within
24 hours after receiving the delivery.
In the absence of any complaint, the goods are considered within this period to be in good condition,
in accordance with the order and undamaged.
All offered products are described as accurately as possible. The images on the site have no contractual value. These images may also vary with the goods ordered. Any color differences or imperfections in the leather can never be a reason to return or cancel the order.

7. Return policy
The buyer will have a period of 14 days from the reception of the order to exchange or return the item(s). This period starts the day that goods are received.
The Purchaser should notify the seller that he returns his purchase(s),
we need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and order- number,
please submit this by email to c13conceptstore@gmail.com before the expiry of the deadline.

Should the Buyer invokes this right, he must return the goods (unused and undamaged) in original condition and packaging at his own risk and expense to;
C13 - Store, Antwerpsesteenweg 307 /2 2390 Westmalle.
Repayment is made after receipt and inspection of the returned order, within a maximum period of
30 calendar days.
If damaged or fixed use, reimbursement will be denied!

8. Intellectual property
The total content (text, pictures, ..) Website www.c13-store.com is the exclusive property of
C13-Store.
Partial or complete reproduction of the content is forbidden, on pain of prosecution.
9. Dispute
All disputes relating to the agreement fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Antwerp, where Belgian law is exclusively applicable.
In no case the nullity of an article of these conditions affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
