Return Policy

The buyer will have a period of 14 days from the reception of the order to exchange or return the item(s). This period starts the day that goods are received. 

The Purchaser should notify the seller that he renounces his purchase(s),

we need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and order- number, please submit this by email to c13conceptstore@gmail.com

before the expiry of the deadline.

We kindly ask customers exercising this right to return the goods unused,

and undamaged in the original condition/packaging and at his own risk and expense to; C13 - Store, Antwerpsesteenweg 307/2, 2390 Westmalle.

Repayment is made after receipt and inspection of the returned order, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days. If damaged or fixed use, reimbursement will be denied!
